Thank you for visiting Donald MacDonald Tours where you can be sure of a True Highland Experience. My tour company was set up to provide a welcoming and all together more intimate approach to experience the West Coast of Scotland. I am a born and bred Highlander and come from the beautiful area of Torridon where my family have lived for generations.
I am immensely proud of this part of our beautiful country, and it truly is one of the worlds most iconic wildernesses. Famous for its majestic scenery, rich history and of course our whisky and fine seafoods. But I want to show you the places and experiences that you cant find in a travel guide. I will tell you the stories that I listened to as a child, which were never written down, and give you an insight into life in this beautiful and sometimes remote countryside.
